This thesis concerns rehabilitation psychology and explores how individuals who were first diagnosed with ASD as adults relate to themselves and to the world. The focus of this thesis is a qualitative empirical survey comprising five semi-structured interviews and an analytical evaluation of their content. The aim of this thesis is to help provide affected individuals with more options by presenting the experiences and coping strategies that those who are interviewed report having discovered during the process of diagnosis and linking them to the concept of a life crisis. With regards to this, a closer look is taken at the imbalance in the person-environment fit shown by these individuals and at the changes they experience in their self-perception. Those observations are used to develop a phase-based model of coping. In conclusion, the special characteristics of the perception and processing style typical of individuals with ASD are discussed, as well as the concept of neurodiversity.
Redefiniton of tasks is the main topic of this study about special education teachers working in ambulant services in the area of need ´emotional and behavioral difficulties` in Lower Saxony, Germany. The study emphasizes both ist context and the process of undertaking tasks. Drawing the concept of undertaking tasks by J.R. Hackman (1969), the study also considers the basics of occupational psychology with regards to tasks. Fort he purpose oft he study, pre-studies about the well-known differences between gueidlines of educational policy, the previous to present professional field and ritualized workflows as well as the diverse and innovative structures of ambulant services are employed. The research design of this study is a Delphi study. First, the author conducted an exploraty study with a questionnaire. Taking educational policy demands, scientific recommendations and personal influencing factors into account, the author developed a qualitative questionnaire for a Delphi-interview in three structural rounds. Bringing the results into a focus group, they were discussed with another approach bringing out differences and consensus arguments more clearly

<dt.>
The CRPD's demand for inclusive education throughout life and barrier-free access to it has become an issue for universities. The KMK recommends that they increase the implementation of blended learning to this end, as this can considerably improve the participation of students with disabilities. It is crucial to consider not only technical but also didactic aspects of accessible teaching and to develop holistic rather than target-group-specific approaches. In addition to collaboration between various stakeholders within universities, this also requires knowledge of the needs of students with disabilities with regard to blended learning. In the study, the Contextualized Model of Accessible E-Learning Practice in Higher Education Institutions (Seale, 2014) was formatively evaluated and a questionnaire was developed to determine the needs according to Universal Design for Learning (CAST, 2011). <engl.>
<dt.>
Based on considerations concerning behavioral literacy the presented dissertation focusses on Frame-Analysis by Erving Goffman and applies it to pedagogical contexts particularly primary school education. The theory based discussion concerning the relevance of frames for primary school lessons is complemented by a qualitative, empirical study. It applies an explorative design to six expert-interviews and 38 questionnaires filled by primary school pupils. The analysis is carried out with regard to determining factors of succeeding or failing tuitional communication and the resulting fitting of frames conducted by pupils and teachers. Furthermore the study scrutinizes possible impact of fitting or non-fitting of frames on educational success. The results of the study underline the importance, Goffmans theoretical approach still has for analysis of interaction in social situations. It becomes obvious that there will be divergent framings of the same social situation amongst the participants. Some elements of the relevant frame seem to be of particular importance. The study gives hint that some elements of a frame are more likely to cause misunderstanding. Therefore these elements are to be especially considered with regard on tuitional communication. <engl.>
