Antisemitismus ist nicht nur die bewusste judenfeindliche Aussage. Antisemitische Motive sind Teil von Kultur und Gesellschaft in Deutschland und Europa. Deshalb werden solche Motive auch in Schulbüchern tradiert, in der Regel gegen die Intention der Verfasserinnen und Verfasser. Im vorliegenden Band untersuchen Fachleute aus Religionspädagogik, Theologie und Kirche, aus Geschichts- und Erziehungswissenschaft und aus dem Verlagswesen in dieser Hinsicht Schulbücher und Bildungsmedien für den christlichen Religionsunterricht: ihre Inhalte, ihre Entstehungsbedingungen, die zugrunde liegenden didaktischen Konzepte.

The contributors to this volume investigate the portrayal of Israels and Judahs relations with neighboring groups in the books of Samuel (including the Philistines, Amalekites, Edomites, Arameans, and Gibeonites) from both literary and historical perspectives. Das vorliegende Open-Access-Buch untersucht die rechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen und Implikationen des Einsatzes von KI-Systemen in der Verwaltung. In Zeiten disruptiver technologischer Fortschritte stellt sich die Frage, ob und wie Künstliche Intelligenz in der öffentlichen Verwaltung eingesetzt werden kann. Durch eine umfassende Analyse bestehender Regelungen und der rechtlichen Diskussion zeigt die Arbeit auf, ob KI-Systeme im Verwaltungsverfahren eingesetzt werden können. Damit neben dem Fortgang des wissenschaftlichen Diskurses eine Hilfestellung für die Praxis erreicht wird, fokussiert sich die Arbeit insbesondere auf die verwaltungsrechtlichen Rahmenbedingungen. Der Autor Robert Kreyßing ist in einer obersten Landesbehörde tätig. Seit seinem Masterstudium an der Hochschule für Wirtschaft und Recht (HWR) in Berlin beschäftigt er sich mit dem staatlichen Informationsrecht und damit einhergehend den zugrundliegenden datenschutzrechtlichen Bestimmungen. An der Carl von Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg promovierte er zum Thema Verwaltungsentscheidungen durch Künstliche Intelligenz.
