Zu dieser Dokumentation eines jungen Zeitgeschichtlers und eines sehr jungen Tucholsky-Forschers müßte das alte Tucholsky-Zitat durch "zwangsläufig" ergänzt werden, denn auch ein angegriffener Sieger ist schon nach Laotse zwangsläufig ein "Menschenmörder". Zur Klärung der Fakten bei der Auseinandersetzung um das umstrittene Zitat trägt die Pressedokumentation mit den Gesichtspunkten "Tucholsky", "Gerichtsverfahren", "Hiller-Urteil des Bundesverfassungsgerichts", "Karlsruher Grundsatzurteil November 1995", "Bundestagsdebatte zum Ehrenschutz der Bundeswehr" und "satirische Reaktionen" mit fundierten Quellenangaben in besonderem Maße bei, zumal bisher nichts Vergleichbares existiert. - U.a. neben Chr.
